Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases made directly on https://wagarastudio.com (digital downloads and selected made-to-order items). Seller: CLIOR Consulting S.à r.l., 21 Rue Grande-Duchesse Charlotte, L-7209 Walferdange, Luxembourg. Purchases on Etsy are governed by Etsy's terms.

Digital products

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to display the artwork on your own devices. Resale, redistribution, printing for sale and use in AI training datasets are not permitted. Download links are valid for 30 days and up to 10 downloads per file; contact us if you need them renewed.

Made-to-order items

Personalized items are produced after payment with the text you entered at checkout. Please check spelling before paying. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are business days and are not guaranteed.

Payment and taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD; applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Governing law

Luxembourg law applies; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
