What we collect

At checkout Stripe collects your name, email, billing/shipping address and payment details; we receive everything except card numbers. We store order details, personalization text and download activity to fulfil the order and meet accounting obligations (10 years under Luxembourg law).

Processors

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, downloads), Neon (database), Resend (transactional email) and, for made-to-order items, the print partner that produces your item (name, address and personalization only).

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout page sets cookies needed for fraud prevention.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at [email protected]. You may also complain to the CNPD (Luxembourg data protection authority).
